CBS 58 FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Franklin is moving one step closer to potentially pulling the license of a strip club tied to a human trafficking investigation.
The club "On the Border" is criminally charged with keeping a place of prostitution.
Investigators say four men controlled women and forced them to sell themselves inside the club.
Tuesday night, the Common Council agreed to hire an outside attorney to help police build a complaint to pull the club's license.
The city attorney says outside help is needed to avoid a conflict of interest.
For now, the club is still licensed and can stay open.
