Packers sign rookie from Fort Hays State

The Green Bay Packers signed Wide Receiver Ed Williams to the practice squad.
The signing was announced Tuesday by Ted Thompson.
Williams, a 6-foot, 196-pound rookie out of Fort Hays State spent the preseason with the Packers after originally signing on Aug. 3. He will wear Number 19 for Green Bay.
