MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say Hex Nightclub in Walkers Point has once again become the victim of a drive-by shooting.

This is the second time in three months a drive by has happened here, according to police, while no one was hurt.

A social media post said the club will still be open.

"I was actually a little bit scared, it was kinda weird because I don't know I've never experienced anything like that before," said 13-year-old Eric Milan.

Milan says he was sitting in a nearby store when the shooting started.

"Super loud, but it's around the 4th of July, so I just thought it was fireworks," said Milan.

He says everyone in the store quickly realized that wasn't the case.

"We all ran to the back and B.T. was like 'why are you guys running it's only fireworks?' We was like nah nah nah, we heard glass breaking and that kinds of stuff," said Milan. "And then, you know, after they stopped shooting or whatever, we came out here and there was glass everywhere, people were panicking, it was really crazy."

Much of the day, a crew removed what was left of the shot out windows at the club.

In an Instagram post, Hex Nightclub officials said they would still be having their Latin night the same day, stressing that security would be enforced at the 21+ club.

Charles Bushman just moved right next door.

"Just came over here to pay my deposit to rent a place and within five minutes of me being here, all of a sudden you hear gunshots," said Bushman.

He says incidents like these are just part of living in a city, and he doesn't think whoever did this was targeting a person, just the business.

"Because there was a lady sitting in the car when it happened and she was fine," said Bushman.

Milwaukee police are still investigating what happened.
