In Kenosha County, a father faces charges in the death of his own two-month-old son.
"I saw the four rescue people come out and the one fireman had the baby and he was thumping on his chest," said neighbor Charles Wedell.
Neighbors describe what they saw on Tuesday afternoon when emergency crews responded to a home in the 4700 block of 7th Avenue.
Police say the baby was unconscious and not breathing.
Neighbors say a man came out of the home crying and distraught with another small child, though some say they never knew kids lived there.
"I don't know what to think. You would have never expected it from anyone, let alone someone on this block," said neighbor Jami Funk.
Bond was set at 25,000 today for the 34-year-old father. The Kenosha County DA is reviewing the case for Reckless Homicide charges.
