Nathan Hale High School student arrested after teacher is tased trying to break up a fight

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) – A student has been taken into custody by West Allis Police after a teacher was tased trying to break up a fight.  

According to a note sent out to parents by the school’s principal, two Nathan Hale high school students were fighting and when it escalated, teachers intervened. The note says one of the students had a taser and a teacher’s arm came into contact with it during the confrontation.

West Allis Police then took the student into custody.  The school says they will pursue all legal and school consequences related to the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District Code of Conduct.
