MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New video from Marquette police shows a man who broke into the Church of the Gesu earlier this month. It happened on Easter Sunday. 

Fifty-year-old Aron Ferris told pole he was God, "created everyone," and had a message to share. 

Video shows Ferris taking an axe to the church doors, breaking in. 

Officers listened to Ferris for about 15 minutes as he spoke about being the "chosen one," saying, "If you shoot me, the bullet will head towards me and then turn around and go back towards you."

He's in police custody, charged with criminal damage to religious property and disorderly conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon. 

Ferris is due back in court May 11 for a doctor's report to determine if he's competent to stand trial.
