MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) - Milwaukee police are actively searching for a critically missing 34-year-old woman. Police say Rachel Smith has not been seen since yesterday, June 28th.

According to officials, Smith was last seen in the 1200 block of N. 29th St, traveling by way of car in her silver 2006 Honda CR-V bearing Colorado plates reading "DNTN62" around the time of 11:57p.m.

Rachel is described as a white female standing at 5'6" tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes, however there is no last known description of what she was wearing when she was last seen.
