WATERFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 75-year-old Waterford man was arrested for OWI after crashing his SUV into the front of a Subway restaurant. 

The crash happened Tuesday, May 2, on Fox Lane. 

Witnesses told police, after the crash, the driver put his SUV in reverse and backed out of the store, striking the curb on the opposite side of the parking lot. Officials say the driver then drove back into Subway again. 

No injuries were reported. 

The driver was transported to Aurora Medical Center in Burlington for a blood draw. He was cited for OWI, his first offense and reckless driving. 

The incident remains under investigation.
