WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 21-year-old man was arrested by West Allis police, accused of recklessly riding an electric scooter.
The incident caught on video and posted to Facebook shows the person on a scooter with a police cruiser not far behind him.
Police say it happened Tuesday, May 10, and the rider was passing vehicles on the right at speeds over 40 mph, ignoring stop signs, riding on the sidewalk and the railroad tracks.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office will review the case for criminal charges.
