Juneteenth flag raised over Wisconsin state Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Juneteenth flag was raised over the state Capitol in Madison Friday afternoon, June 16.

It's the fourth year in a row Governor Tony Evers and community members are celebrating the flag-raising ahead of the holiday on Monday.

The Juneteenth flag will replace the Pride flag through Monday and then the Pride flag will be raised again.

Any other flags regularly flying over the Capitol building won't be affected.
