(LOS ANGELES) - As Los Angeles prepares to host the 61st annual Grammy Awards live from the Staples Center on Sunday night, dozens of nominees are preparing to handle the pressure of a win or a loss. And this year, several artists with Wisconsin ties will be among them, including Menomonee Falls native Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy, and Seann Bowe of Weezer, a UW-Milwaukee alumni.
Over the decades, a number of Wisconsinites have been among the winners of coveted gramophone trophy during music's biggest night including Les Paul, Al Jarreau, Bon Iver and Nicolet High School alum Justin Hurwitz to name a few. Another Nicolet grad, jazz singer Tierney Sutton has earned 8 nominations since her first nod in 2005.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning Pauleen Le caught up Tierney Sutton, an extremely talented jazz vocalist who hasn't forgotten her Wisconsin roots.
