Chill on the Hill returns for 21st summer at Humboldt Park
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Abby Hauke, the 2025 chairperson of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors board of directors, joined us on Monday, June 16 to talk about the state of the housing market in the Milwaukee area.
Hauke spoke about May home sales and whether the pace remains slower than the previous year. She also discussed the current volume of listings and whether conditions reflect a shift toward a buyers’ market.
Additional topics included the relevance of the phrase "Location, Location, Location," how prospective buyers should approach geographic criteria, and whether any lesser-known neighborhoods currently offer strong value. Hauke also responded to concerns from first-time buyers considering entering the market for the first time.
