Guests evacuated after fire response at Brookfield hotel

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) — Fire crews responded to the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel Sunday night after being dispatched to the property around 9:40 p.m.

The hotel, located just off Interstate 94, was evacuated as first responders investigated the incident.

CBS 58 News is at the scene working to learn what prompted the emergency response.

It is not yet known whether anyone was injured.
