What's the difference between brown eggs and white eggs?
Glad you asked!
"The brown eggs and the white eggs differ between what type of chicken had the egg and what type of diet the chicken was fed." said Fresh Thyme Market dietitian Kerry Clifford. "The nutritional difference is the same. All eggs are about 70 calories, 7 grams of protein, Some people do find that the brown eggs taste a little bit better, so it might be worth the extra cost."
It's really simple, white chickens lay white eggs. Red or brown chickens lay brown eggs.
