Four arrested, three injured following fight after crash on I-43

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Four people were arrested this past Saturday night after a fight on the freeway. Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies responded around 10:15 p.m. for a crash on I-43 south near Fond du Lac Avenue.

A 2008 Chevrolet Impala and 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer, both with two people, had crashed.

When deputies arrived the driver of the Impala had red, glassy eyes, slurred speech, and smelled like booze. As the woman was completing a field sobriety test the driver and passenger of the Trailblazer got out of the car and began yelling at the woman who then ran at them starting a fight.

The passenger of the Impala also got out and joined the fight. The Deputy needed to draw his Taser in order to stop one of the fights and additional deputies were needed to separate the other two. Three people needed medical attention after the fight.

The driver of the Impala identified as 34-year-old Milwaukee woman Alisha Whitlow was arrested for her first OWI after she blew a 0.13.

The other driver and two passengers all face charges of battery and disorderly conduct.
