Felon confesses to multiple burglaries after being arrested with stolen snow blower

A felon was arrested for alleged burglary after being caught pushing at stolen snowblower near 5500 block of W. Brooklyn Place.
The suspect, a 32 year-old man, was a convicted felon, later confessed to stealing the snow blower from the garage and confessed to four other burglaries in the previous two weeks which occurred in the nearby area.
Milwaukee Police responded around 5:15 p.m. on August 31 for a report of an entry in progress.
The caller told officers she saw a man breaking into a neighbor’s garage. While headed to the scene, another caller told police they saw a suspicious man, who matched the description of the suspect in the garage burglary, pushing a snow blower near N. 60th and W. Burleigh Streets.
