Eleven People Are Displaced After An Afternoon House Fire

MILWAUKEE - Firefighters were called to the scene of a structure fire earlier this afternoon near the intersection of S. Muskego Ave and W. Arrow Street. The three-family home had flames showing and firefighters had to quickly move to a defensive attack.

Seven adults and four children are displaced from this fire. There are no injuries or deaths reported.

The fire remains under investigation and there is no definitive cause available yet. However, the chief emphasized the importance of keeping smoking materials out of the hands of children.
