Electric crowd at Deer District watch party for Brewers World Series Game 3
CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Brewers continue to take over the city, including Deer District. The Bucks are on the court Monday night, but the main attention is on Game 3.
There's another packed house for Game 3, with hundreds of people out in the cold weather locked into the game.
Deer District has become a popular place to be the last couple days, with watch parties for every World Series game. That's because everyone wants to get eyes on the World Series, including former Brewers player John Axford who we caught up with earlier Monday.
“It’s incredible to watch, really some great baseball, some great energy, some great players out there and some great guys on the staff as well leading this team, so I think it’s just been some great baseball for the community to watch," Axford said. "And now that they’re in the World Series, for the baseball community to see and observe as well.”
Even though it's a Monday, this crowd is hyped, hoping the Brewers will be one win closer to the first championship in franchise history.
