Dozens of businesses offer discounts and deals during Wauwatosa Restaurant Week
CBS 58 WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa Restaurant Week starts Thursday, March 19, and runs through Saturday, March 28. You'll find more than 30 businesses in Wauwatosa offering discounts and deals throughout that 10-day span.
At Maggio's Wood Fire Pizza, the deal is two pizzas, an appetizer and a bottle of house wine for $45. Jeremy Maggio, the owner, says it's all about bringing new people in to try their pizza and gelato and enjoy the atmosphere.
"Not only is it a great promotion and can bring in new people that maybe haven’t tried our pizza before, but it’s also nice to be part of something bigger that’s going on throughout the whole city," said Maggio. "We make our own dough here; we make our own sauce. You can’t get this pizza anywhere else. It is uniquely ours. I’m really proud of it."
