DELAFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- I.d. in Delafield is hosting a four-course plated Easter brunch on Sunday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with entree options including king crab benedict, steak and eggs and lamb hash.
General manager Luke Bartsch and chef de cuisine Brandon Ward joined us on Monday, March 23 to preview the brunch, the take-and-bake options and tips for recreating some of their dishes at home.
Brunch is $72 per adult and $20 for children 10 and under.
For those celebrating at home, I.d. also offers a take-and-bake menu featuring Uphoff Farms ham or slow roasted prime rib with sides for $150, feeding four to six people. Orders are due by Wednesday, April 1, with pickup on Saturday, April 4.
