Brown Deer police investigates possible child enticement

BROWN DEER -- The Brown Deer Police Department reports they're investigating an attempted child enticement incident that occurred in the 4300 block of W Donges Lane at 7:45 a.m.


According to police, the victim was waiting for a school bus when a man stopped and offered her a ride. After the child declined the man continued to offer a ride while asking personal questions of the student. Police say the suspect left the area after a couple minutes. 


The suspect is described as a black male about 30 years old, medium build with a five o'clock shadow/goatee. The vehicle he was driving was a dark blue older model four door sedan with circular tail lights.


The Brown Deer Police Department urges parents to remind their children never to accept rides from strangers.
