MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A recent audit found two issues with voter registration in the city of Milwaukee.
Proof of residence was not always properly documented -- this would ensure that only people eligible to vote cast a ballot.
The second issue is that some policies and procedures are outdated.
Overall, the audit found the voter registration process in Milwaukee to be effective.
