WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- People in Wauwatosa now have a new place to live.
The River Parkway Senior Apartments and Townhomes held its grand opening Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 29.
It's located on State Street. The building has granite countertops, heated floors and a fitness center for residents.
Representatives from MSP Inc. say the need for people in this age group to have housing is huge in our area.
"This was a win-win for the developer and the city and the people who are going to live here," said Wauwatosa Mayor Dennis McBride. "All of the units...are spoken for already."
The company says they plan to build more senior housing in the near future.
