13-year-old accused of leading deputy on high-speed chase in Kenosha County

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- We're learning more about a high-speed chase that led to the arrest of a 13-year-old. 

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Office says a deputy tried to pull over a car shortly after midnight Tuesday morning, June 16, in the 3400 block of 324th Avenue. 

They say the driver took off, leading the deputy on a chase down County Highway JB, reaching speeds up to 90 miles per hour. The car eventually stopped, and four juveniles were ordered out of the car, including the 13-year-old driver. 

That 13-year-old is now being charged with five counts first degree recklessly endangering safety, three counts false imprisonment, one count fleeing/eluding and one count operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent. 

The three passengers were soon reunited with their parents, and luckily, no one was injured.
