KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Another motion filed ahead of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial -- the prosecution wants to admit new video as evidence.
Prosecutors say Rittenhouse can be heard threatening to shoot three people outside a pharmacy because he thought they were shoplifting.
Rittenhouse said, "I wish I had my [expletive] AR, I'd start shooting rounds at them."
Prosecutors say there is no evidence a robbery took place.
The video was recorded two weeks before Rittenhouse is accused of killing two people and injuring a third at a protest in Kenosha.
Prosecutors argue the video shows Rittenhouse's state of mind before the shooting, and say he makes snap judgements without any evidence.
