Prosecutors file motion for list of people who donated to Kyle Rittenhouse defense fund

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A defense fund for accused Kenosha protest shooter Kyle Rittenhouse has raised at least half a million dollars.
Now, the state wants the names of everyone who contributed to the fund.
Prosecutors want to know if any potential jurors donated to the Rittenhouse defense.
In a motion filed Tuesday, Aug. 17, they say the Illinois teen declined to turn over this information.
They're asking a judge to order him to do so.
