PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Pleasant Prairie man was sentenced to 30 years in prison Friday, for a Kenosha crash that killed two people in July of 2023.
Officers responded to Play It Again Sports on 75th Street and found a red pickup partially inside of the building. Police said five people were inside of the vehicle -- two of those people died, and at least two others were said to be seriously injured.
Ajay Pierangeli, 22, pleaded guilty to two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle in May.
Two charges of OWII causing injury were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Court records show Pierangeli's sentence is to be followed by 30 years of extended supervision.
