Randall Frisque of Green Bay was sentence to federal prison for Social Security Disability fraud, according to a release from the Department of Justice.

Frisque, 58-years-old, was a dump truck operator on state road projects working between 50 and 60 hours a week while continuing to collect Social Security Disability payments.

According to a release from Department of Justice, witnesses told authorities that Frisque often bragged about his receipt of fraudulent payments.

Frisque was sentenced to 16 months in prison followed by 2-years of Supervised Release.

He was, also, ordered to pay $130,000 in restitution to the Social Security Administration and Medicare.
