The pattern has allowed for about 2 days in a row with unseasonably warm air, and then the winds shift, and we get stuck between 2 to 5 days with unseasonably cool temperatures. Most of the month has featured below average highs.
Clearly we don't see a 90 degree reading on the 2019 calendar. Milwaukee averages 2 days with 90 degree heat in June. 2015 was the last time we didn't have a 90 degree high in June. It's looking like 2019 will be the same.
