West Bend Man Injured at Carlson Tool in Mequon

Mequon Police received a call around 10:00 AM on Tuesday that a West Bend man was injured by the machine he was operating on.
The 36-year-old man was injured at Carlson Tool located at 5545 West Pioneer Road in the City of Mequon.
Emergency personnel provided medical care to the person and transported him to the hospital.
The Mequon Police Department notified OSHA.
