West Allis-West Milwaukee School Board to consider consolidating several schools

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The West Allis-West Milwaukee School Board will meet next week to consider consolidating several schools.

This comes after a referendum to consolidate two high schools into a new building failed in April.

The new proposals would impact Lane and Frank Lloyd Wright intermediate schools, Longfellow, Jefferson and Pershing elementary schools, plus Madison and Walker elementary schools.

The special school board meeting is Monday night, June 6.
