Waukesha Metro Bus Routes Detours for Snow

Waukesha Metro may detour certain portions of the bus routes that are not safe due to snow or ice conditions.

The areas listed on the county's website below are commonly detoured during Winter storms and the bus stops in those areas will not be served. When Snow Storms occur, please check the Metro website or call Customer Service to see if the routes are on Snow Detours. Note: In heavy to extreme snow storms, additional areas may need to be detoured.

Route 1- Niagara St and Cleveland Ave.
Route 2 - Nike Dr., Dolphin Dr., Coral Dr.

Route 3- S. Hartwell Ave. (From College to Newhall), Newhall Ave, Tenny Ave. (From Newhall to Roberta), E. Roberta Ave.
Route 6 - S. Grandview Blvd (From Cambridge to W. St. Paul), MacArthur Rd., Kensington Dr.

Route 5/6- S. Grandview Blvd (From Cambridge to W. St. Paul), MacArthur Rd., Kensington Dr.
Route 7- N. Moreland Blvd. (From Madison to Michigan), Michigan Ave. (From S. Grandview to N. Moreland)

Route 7/8- N. Moreland Blvd. (From Madison to Michigan), Michigan Ave. (From S. Grandview to N. Moreland), S. Grandview Blvd. (From Michigan to Madison), N. University Dr. (From Michigan to Sunkist), Sunkist Ave, Pleasant View Ave, Easy St., N. Grandview (From Easy to Summit Ave.).

Route 8- N. University Dr. (From Michigan to Sunkist), Sunkist Ave, Pleasant View Ave, Easy St., N. Grandview (From Easy to Summit Ave.).

Route 9- Golf Rd.
