WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputy is found not guilty of carrying out an illegal strip search.
This is a case that dates back to November, 2017.
Jeffrey Haren arrested a man for a traffic stop and when the man told him he was hiding pot in his underwear, Haren searched him without authorization.
A jury found Haren not guilty of the misdemeanor charge.
Haren had been placed on administrative leave since the incident.
