BALTIMORE -- At least 10 parked cars were sent tumbling on Baltimore's east side on April 30, 2014. Residents of the neighborhood caught the falling cars on video.
Days of rain caused a retaining wall near the cars to crumble sending several cars tumbling down onto railroad tracks.
A man who lost his car told Baltimore CBS affiliate WJZ, \"We stood back and then within a 10 second period time the whole...it's like the ground opened up and the cars just kind of slid down and the whole retaining wall just gave way.\"
