Victim shot walking in the 2800 block of W National Avenue

A victim was shot walking in the area of 2800 block of W National Avenue around 12:30 PM on August 7.
The victim was a 20 year old black male.
The victim and a friend were walking in the area when two suspects approached them and fired shots at the victim.
The victim sustained a non-life-threatening wound and is being treated at a local hospital.
Witness told police the victim was specifically targeted by the suspects.
