Jazz Visions on the Lake is a free, one-day community event that will showcase local jazz musicians at Henry Maier Festival Park. Created in partnership between Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. and Milwaukee Jazz Vision, the afternoon event will give music fans the opportunity to kick back, relax and enjoy the sounds of live jazz along the shores of Lake Michigan. The Big Gig BBQ has FREE ADMISSION and FREE PARKING. This Labor Day weekend, September 3, you’ll find the best BBQ in town on the south end of Henry Maier Festival Park. The Big Gig BBQ will be serving up smoky ribs, savory brisket and signature BBQ from fourteen of the best local and national cookers will feature two stages of live entertainment, and the finest beer. There’s no backyard BBQ that can compete with this party. This event is free.
