Teen sentenced to 1 year probation for vandalizing Da Crusher statue

SOUTH MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Eighteen-year-old James Dudgeon pleaded guilty on Friday, Dec. 6, to criminal damage to property, after vandalizing Da Crusher statue in August.

Dudgeon was sentenced to four months in the House of Correction with credit for 72 days served. The court stayed the sentence and played him on a year of probation.

He was also ordered to pay $650 to Da Crusher Foundation, complete 40 hours community service at a non-profit organization, obtain full-time employment, full-time school or a combination of both, and send a letter of apology to Da Crusher Foundation.
