Suspicious cylinder shaped object causes evacuation in Lake Delton

LAKE DELTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Lake Delton Police are investigating after a suspicious object was found near the U.S. Cellular Store on Commerce Street. When officers arrived they saw the object on the shoulder of the road and evacuated all businesses in the immediate area.
The Dane County Bomb Squad responded and deployed a robot to examine and x-ray the object.
Authorities determined the cylinder shaped object was not explosive and learned it was a cylinder Sizing Spray Unit which contained starch to stiffen fabrics.
