WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two of the three suspects from a violent home invasion incident in Wauwatosa appeared in court Monday morning.
Brandon Lane, 34, faces several charges for the incident. He's accused of holding a family in their home for several hours last month. They were tied up, with faces covered, and physically hurt.
Brandon Lane's attorney claimed he's not competent for trial. A doctor's report on his competency was ordered.
Also on Monday, 36-year-old Nicole Kauper waived her preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial. She worked as a hotel clerk and is accused of notifying Lane and a third suspect, Antwuan Hardy, that his family was moving into a new home with a lot of money.
Hardy has already been ordered to stand trial.
