Sue Selig Honored

They call her the first lady of baseball, but Milwaukee's own Sue Selig was honored today for her work outside the sport.

The wife of Baseball Commissioner Emeritus Bud Selig was the guest of honor at a luncheon on Tuesday. She was recognized for her work with PAVE, a non-profit group that connects low income kids in Milwaukee with good educational opportunities.

"It's not that I haven't been to something like this before, because I have, for many many, but this one is just me and that's why 'm excited today and it happens to be a most worthy cause,” said Sue Selig.

She said inner city schools are suffering now and they need all the outside help they can get.
