Stoughton police cite 46-year-old 'serial defecator' after drone catches her at city park

Stoughton Police Department STOUGHTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Stoughton police arrested a serial defecator after several reports of residents finding human feces and used toilet paper in a city park early Thursday morning, Feb. 5.
With the use of trail cameras and a drone, police were able to identify a 46-year-old woman as the serial defecator.
In the early morning hours, an officer made contact with her.
She was cited for indecent conduct.
Stoughton police have established, after concerns from the public, that she is not homeless.
