Special needs Rat Terrier seeking co-pilot

This handsome little guy is Buddy. He's a 1-year-old Rat Terrier mix whose owner sadly passed away, so he was surrendered to the Wisconsin Humane Society.  He only weighs 8 lbs and absolutely loves people. He was diagnosed with KCS, which means he has chronic dry eyes and will go home with medicated drops/ointment.
