TOWN OF CONCORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two people on a motorcycle are dead after a car and two motorcycles crashed in the Town of Concord on Sunday, Sept. 27, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded at around 10:08 a.m. to County Trunk F, about a mile north of U.S. Highway 18 and found a Ford Focus and two Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

The driver and passenger of one motorcycle were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The Focus driver told deputies he thought he saw the motorcycles, which were traveling north, in the southbound lane and swerved into the northbound lanes, where the collision happened, according to the sheriff's office. That driver and the driver of the other motorcycle had minor injuries and were taken to Aurora Summit Hospital.

The sheriff's office Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating.
