Snoop Dogg encourages voters to "Drop It In The Box"

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Snoop Dogg and the Democratic National Committee are launching a new ad, "Drop It In The Box" to highlight how voters can drop their ballots in drop box locations.

The ad features Snoop Dogg's hit song "Drop It Like It's Hot". 

The ad will reach voters who have outsanding vote-by-mail ballots on digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Hulu and Youtube in Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. 

"This is the most important election of our lifetimes and it's my first time voting. We need every single American to get out there and vote,” Snoop Dogg said. “It's time for ya’ll to drop those ballots like they're hot -- in your local drop box. Vote early and let ‘em know our voices will be heard!"

The ad directs voters to IWillVote.com, Democrats' voter participation website, to learn about drop box locations and further voting information.
