Water going over dam in Walworth County Road washed away in Kenosha Flooding in Burlington

More than 8" of rain fell in parts of southeast Wisconsin Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. The Fox River rose to record levels. A State of Emergency has been declared for Walworth, Racine and Kenosha Counties.
