Have you seen him? MPD seeking suspect in shooting from June 26th near 7th and W. Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are seeking the public's assistance in finding a suspect connected to a double shooting on June 26, near N.7th and W. Capitol. 

According to law enforcement, around 6:20 p.m. near N. 7th and W. Capitol, a 17-year-old and a 20-year-old were both non-fatally shot and taken to a local hospital for treatment. 

The suspect fled on foot. 

He is described as an African American male, around 5 feet 10 inches. He has a thin build with medium length hair in twisties or dreads. 

He was last seen wearing a pair of black framed glasses, a purple hooded jacket, a white shirt, black pants and black and white Jordan shoes. 

He was armed with a handgun.
