FOUND SAFE: Silver Alert issued for Milwaukee man last seen on city's East Side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Kenneth Flower has been found safe.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- A Silver Alert has been issued for Kenneth Leroy Fowler, 72.

Fowler was last seen around 3 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28 near Maryland and Webster.

Officials say Fowler is believed to have left his home on foot without shoes. He suffers from dementia.

Fowler is white, 5'11, 175 pounds, has brown eyes and grey hair. His hair is long in the back and he is balding on the top. He also has a grey mustache.

Fowler was last seen wearing an earth-tone t-shirt, brown with green button up sweater, black jogging pants, possibly FILA brand with white stripes on each side, and no shoes. He does not have glasses, a phone or wallet.
