"Should have something better to do with your time:" Oconomowoc KFC issued a citation for not shoveling during last snow storm

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A KFC Restaurant in Oconomowoc was issued a citation for not shoveling during the last snow storm.

Police responded to the KFC, located at 860 E. Wisconsin Avenue, after a citizen called to report that the sidewalks were still covered in snow from the April 15 storm.

Police spoke to the manager who allegedly told them that the person who typically shoveled wasn't able too. 

When police drove by later that evening, they observed that the sidewalks were still covered in snow.

On April 19, police again responded to the restaurant to deliver a citation for the unshoveled sidewalks.

According to police, when they delivered the citation they were told by the district manager "You should have something better to do with your time."
