Shooting near Meinecke and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. leaves 28-year-old dead

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a fatal shooting on Sunday, Aug. 10 has left a 28-year-old dead.
The shooting reportedly took place at around 1:25 p.m. near the corner of Meinecke and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The victim was declared dead at the scene.
One suspect is in custody, according to MPD, with charges pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
