Scattered showers possible Sunday as temperatures drop

After a very pleasant and warm Friday and Saturday big changes are in store for southeast Wisconsin to start a new week. A cold front will push through the state on Sunday bringing with it a good chance for rain showers and a few isolated storms. Rain won't be a washout for Sunday, but scattered showers will be common from 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. The best chance for rain is right around noon and into the early afternoon.

By the end of Sunday most places will pick up between a tenth to a quarter of an inch of rain but isolated totals up to a half inch are possible.

If you are going to the Packers game you will want to keep the CBS 58 Ready Weather app handy with showers possible all throughout the game.

Although much cooler than Friday and Saturday, highs on Sunday will still reach the middle 60s. But, temperatures will drop into the 50s for most of the afternoon after the cold front rolls through.
